Monthly Report

Week 6 (11/04/2022 - 16/04/2022)

Start my 6th week internship with daily attendance. Ms Nicole will in charged in guiding me on the daily attendance and also the payroll documents. Ms Nicole taught me how to export data from our thumb print system which is TMS system. I will prepare the daily attendance and post in our management group. Thus, management will acknowledge on the present and absentation of employees. Besides, Ms Nicole also guided me on the HR system which is IFCA. From IFCA system, I am able to know who apply leave, take medical leave and etc. Next, Ms Nicole also taught me in preparing gatepass report. Gatepass basically is a pass to visitor or whoever come into premise with permission from management or HR department need to fill up. This is to ensure the safeguard for the company. Hence, I need to prepare daily gatepass report to be review by our HR manager. Furthermore, I have learned on how to export report from our patrolling system which has been done by our night shift security guard. Patrolling has to be done in dailly basis by our night shift security guard to ensure the safeguard of the premise and security guard will report any finding in the security guard. So that, our management will aware on the incident and take action toward it. Patrolling report is a report export from our patrolling system and the report will be showing the timing security guard done the patrolling in every checkpoint. 

Week 7 (18/04/2022 - 23/04/2022)

Starting my week 7 internship with daily attendance, gatepass, and also patrolling report. I will be in charged in doing these 3 reports in daily basis. Hence, every morning I reached office,I will be started with these 3 reports. In this week onward, I have been given target that these 3 reports need to be submit to management for review before lunch hour which is 1pm everyday.

New thing I have learned on this week is escort voucher. Escort voucher basically is to count escort driver daily trip claim. Ms Ameline taught me on this escort voucher. Escort voucher is much more easier than haulier voucher. Once I have learned on haulier voucher, escort voucher seem like as easy as ABC. 

Next, I have learned on prepare every employee monthly attendance and total overtime hours calculation for payroll purposes from IFCA system. 

Week 8 (25/04/2022 - 30/04/2022)

As usual, I started my daily work with daily attendance, gatepass report and patrolling report. 

I have learned on the filling for payroll documents for each employees. Next, I continue doing for escort voucher and haulier voucher. 

I have figure out there is some missing transaction on driver touch n go card. Hence, I emailed to touch n go and successfully get the transaction back in order to pay back to drivers. 

Week 9 (05/05/2022 - 07/05/2022)

Start my 9th week internship also with daily attendance, gatepass report and patrolling report.

In this week, I am learned on how to renew the expired fire extinguisher based on the fire extinguisher listing that has been done by Ms Sin Ying. Ms Sin Ying guided me on the renew proses with fire extinguisher vendor. Next, we have the gather all the expired fire extinguisher in a place to easier the vendor to collect for renew. Hence, Ms Sin Ying and I were going around the premise to get the expired fire extinguisher.  

Next, once we have collected all the expired fire extinguisher. I called out the our fire extinguisher vendor to make appointment with them.
